I lost my husband last year and finally had the ability and will power to take off my wedding ring. I had gained weight in the 24 years since my husband put it on my finger, and wanted to get it resized to wear on my right hand. The lady who helped me was very understanding and never once looked down her nose at me since it was not a very expensive ring. Sometimes I get self conscious going into a jewelry store, since I don’t have a lot of money. She got all my information and said it would take about a week to get it back. Exactly a week later I got a call that it was done. I was so happy to get it back, and it cost less than $100 to resize it up. Thank you!

Over years i have spent alot of money at the store at eastland mall in bloomington il. The mangers i had the privilage to work with were lynn wills and sue danials. I loved working with them cause they wete very freindly and did what they could to always help you. Since they have left the store things have went down hill. Yesterday.i made my last payment and my last visit to this store. They are not very freindly and dont act like they value your bussiness anymore!! The apperiance and atmasphire of this store is gone. I use to really like this store! Not no more i will move and to another place from now on!! Very sad!!

10/10 experience! I knew I wanted a new cross necklace, the sales associate brought me right to them. 2 caught my eye, one a little too big for my liking. He grabbed one that wasn’t on display and it was perfect! Quick and easy trip, plus left with exactly what I wanted! ✝️

Tylor was very professional and knowledgeable. He made soft suggestions and followed my lead on the sale. He stayed with in my price range and ended up finding me the perfect biggest diamond i could afford. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well.

Immediately helped by staff as I approached looking for a cross necklace. I told the clerk I was not trying to slend too much money and she helped me find a pendant and chain that I liked that fit my budget. She asked what I did for a living and I told her I was a nurse at the local hospital to which she said I could receive a discount. I was ecstatic. The process was quick and easy and I absolutely adore my cross necklace. Thank you so much!
