They have advanced equipment for insoles etc. they have a good selection for protective work boots but pricey I paid more then what I would of liked but if you have it then it's worth it

This store has been around for a long time and it's going to continue to be a part of our community for years to come. And here's why, the top notch customer service they strive to achieve on a daily basis. It's something you don't get at these big chain stores. You get greeted with a smile as you walk through the door and their employees put you at ease with their overwhelming product knowledge and willingness to provide you with a resolution to whatever problem you bring them.
I just came back into the store after buying a new pair of boots from them and my ankle was rubbing wrong on the inside of the boot. At first I thought it was just the break in process but it started to hurt more. I took them in to talk about if something could be done. And it wasn't more than 3-4 minutes they had fixed them and brought them back out front for me to try on. And just like that my ankle was no longer in pain and the boot feels great walking around. Glad i stopped back by to talk to them about it.
If you want to support a long standing family business. Then look no further because this is the place for you. I spend countless hours on my feet and being in pain can rob you of your happiness. You get what you pay for these days. I don't mind spending a little more money on some high end boots because I know when I need help they have my back.

I was greeted when I walked through the door. The staff asked what they could help with and immediately took care of me. They measured my feet and brought out three different pair of shoes and inserts until we found the right combination.

Went to Bloomington IL store. Walked in was greeted and immediately helped. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that actually listed to my foot issues. Gave me a recommendation and it was absolutely perfect!

Beware the bait and switch at this store. They have lower priced models on display, but will not tell you they don’t carry them any more. They will try and sell you different priced models that look the same without telling you. Then when you question the higher price at the register, that’s when you are told “oh those are different boots. We don’t carry the other ones anymore.” And then given attitude when you ask to talk to boss. Was told they don’t have a boss on Saturdays. You will have to call Adrian’s Shoes to talk to owner, Heather. Even on Saturdays she works. The associate at Redwing was named Dawson. Edit to respond: No, I recall our phone conversation ending with me saying you may get my boot allowance money from employer, but I will not be shopping with you all anymore. I can just as easily shop online or make the quick drive to Peoria. And plenty of cobblers out here to resole as needed.

The best experience I've ever had buying a pair of work boots, use a scanner to get my exact size and sent that to my email. Give me options according to the scan first pair tried on fit like a glove. I've always had a hard time buying work boots defining something that fits comfortably. Nobody tried to upsell me on anyting straight forward to the point. Highly recommend these guys.

The young man that waited on me is very into his job very knowledgeable took his time to explain things and the owner's daughter was also very nice these guys need a big round of applause thank you Red Wing for the comfortable shoes
