Took my BRAND NEW CAR to this car wash and when we got out we noticed a huge scratch down the passenger side! We know for a fact that there were not any scratches on the car as we had looked the car over beforehand. I'm super upset and will never come back to this car wash. Beware! Your car might end up with scratches, and not "fine scratches". I even paid for their highest tier of car wash ?

This location used to be the best one to go to, but now their vacuums don’t work or there are days they just aren’t turned on, and now at 7:45am they are closed when I googled hours and all rainstorm locations show open at this time. No sign or explanation as to why it’s closed…

Got car washed on Wednesday, Thursday noticed scratches in the paint. Stopped at the car wash and showed the attendant. Took my number for his supervisor and said someone would contact me. Never heard anything.

Used to be a regular. Until they made the dumb decision to do only cash I won’t be back as much. They need to have an option in case someone is behind them as well to be able to get out!! Dumb!!!!

Vacuums were shut down when it was 35 degrees out sorta sucked.

In and out depending on how clean you want your car.... Very reasonable prices.

Most the time there is always something wrong or not working with the sprayers or spin brushes. Other times at different locations the vacuums are not working or they are all over the ground.

Most other car washes will have someone to pressure wash the front of your vehicle to wash off and bugs or stains, not so here. Most of the bugs I came to get washed off were still on the front of my vehicle, so I'm not convinced it was worth the price I paid. The rest of my vehicle looked great though, and the vacuums and detailing towels were nice and convenient.

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t able to use the car wash at our first and they wouldn’t refund our money. They gave us a voucher that expired after 2 weeks that we were not able to use in time due to being out of town. Manger told us there was nothing he could do about it. They took our money without providing any service. Will never return.

Decent car wash but not every vacuum works 100%. Also, I would like a car mat beater. Staff is nice.
