Dan at Quality Truck is very knowledgeable about all the mowers they sell. He explained all the different features to better inform me before making a purchase. I visited several other dealers, and none were comparable to the service at Quality Truck. The gentleman that delivered the mower was also exceptionally nice. I pleased with the service, price, and selections.

Bought a brand new hustler raptor mower. Broke once with four hours. Then again at seven hours. I do not recommend purchasing a hustler product. Mower has cables. Warranty work took forever. Way too many problems for a brand new $4k mower. Cheap $100 push mower didn’t have any problems cutting same yard. Dealer stated that the mower may have broke due to wet grass. Not sure what kind of quality mower breaks when cutting wet grass. Anyway hiring a lawn care company to cut the grass until they find the time to finish repairing this brand new junk mower with seven hours on it.

I asked about pricing on the green mountain grills. With everything going on right now I was patient. But waiting over a week on pricing with messages saying “I got busy” , “I have to check stock” and “something is wrong with my email. Sounds to me they didn’t want my business. Which is fine to me but tell me upfront. Thanks Josh for treating someone this way when they were referred to you.

Been in the business 30 plus years stumbled onto Doug at Quality by mistake I live in Minnesota and have bought all of my snow removal equipment from quality had a few issues Doug and his staff always got the job done weather it was next day parts or fixing the problem over the phone as everyone knows when you are in the Snow business it has to be done now!! Nice to have a Partner in my business that cares as much as I do.
