Best experience I've had with an automotive business in Bloomington, IL. Megan was so kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Steve was highly professional and prompt in letting me know what was wrong with my vehicle. I'm so thankful and satisfied with the services that I received. Last but not least, tremendous prices! Steve was super helpful. Helped us change our flat tire to donut tire despite not having the tire we needed in stock. He even helped us locate the tire we needed at a competitors tire shop. Amazing customer service. We appreciate him helping us and highly recommend this shop!

Highly recommend! Good dudes and gals there. Steve is awesome and Megan is very friendly. The work was half the price of the dealer, which isn’t as important to me, but they are 100% more thorough than the Jeep dealer is. I saved over $400 on rear pads and rotors.

I would recommend Steve at Pro Tire. He is honest in his diagnosis, fair with pricing, and respectful of your time/need for transportation. I trust him with all our vehicles. If he doesn't have the best price or exact answer - he will tell you.

Mr. Wilson's shop is fantastic! He and his associates go above and beyond to assist, explain, and repair your auto. The best part is that he has a loaner vehicle! You will never be inconvenienced by a necessary repair. 10/10 every single time!

I took my Camaro here about five years ago they put my car on the lift incorrectly and bent the underpinning of my car also they cracked my windshield one of the employees admitted to throwing a socket on my dash and it bounced up and chipped my windshield when I spoke with the owner about my damaged car he said if I can't prove it very passive aggressively he's not going to pay even after the employee admitted to his mistakes then he threatened me and told me to get my car off his property this is a garbage business pay attention to how they work on your car every detail and just a little update, anybody can clear your code off of a car you can go to advanced and get that done Most of their employees don't have any real mechanical skills the steve guy is worthless And a majority are there reviews or from friends and family Or women that they sweet talked and thinking that they got something special done to their vehicle.

I can’t say anything short of incredible things about Pro Tire. Steve and his staff are honest, hardworking, and overall great. Both times I’ve gotten work done by them, they’ve done little things that mean the most. Just had to get my AC repaired in this heat and Steve got me in the next morning. At no point did I feel as though that were trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, overcharge me, or anything of the such. Fair and honest people to work with, which is more than I can say for shops I’ve dealt with in the area.Furthermore, I purchased my car with a check engine light on and a code I couldn’t dismiss on my code reader. I get in my car after picking it up from the shop and Steve and company cleared the code and error message that corresponded. I never once promoted them to do this. I won’t go anywhere else in town, as Pro Tire has indefinitely won me over. Thank you Steve, Megan, and crew!Service: Air conditioning
