Horrible customer service, misleading online banking service. They trick you into thinking you have money, hide transactions from your account ledger so you spend money, then drop all the charges on you forcing you to overdraft. They scam you into paying fees for so many things its crazy. Literally stole money from my account and claimed they had no idea where it went and refused to reimburse or fix the issue.

Went through the drive thru to get a hundred dollar bill. I was instantly treated like an inconvenience by the rep. It was like a new concept that I was asking for a withdrawal slip. Once I sent it back she never asked how I wanted to bills so she sent me back five 20’s and said “there you go.” I asked to exchange them for a hundred dollar bill and she didn’t say a thing. I sent the capsule back and she sent me the hundred. No further conversation. Super rude. I’ve been a PNC customer for 20+ years and have never received this poor of service. I went through the drive thru at 4:05 on 5/11/23.

Same drive thru person messes up my deposits. First she added my money into someone else’s account. Had to wait an hour in the lobby waiting for it to get fixed by another employee. Today I tried making two deposits (two different accounts) I asked if I could put in the cash with the card since there were no papers to write on the amounts. She told me to wrap the cash around each card and put both of them In the container. She messed up my deposits and added the wrong quantity in each account. When I return she offered no apology and instead got upset because I needed it fixed.

Our account has been breached on multiple occasions. Recently, I even tried to warn them and they ignored me and hung up on me. This time, roughly $2k was stolen via Zelle (which they automatically attached to our account). They refuse to do anything or even stop it before it transfers out. They said they had to wait for it to transfer before they could take action.They won't allow me to remove my name from my joint account. They refuse to make anything simple. They are an establishment that seems more interested or concerned with keeping up with the social agendas of the left, than the safety of our account.I'm currently looking to leave this place behind and I would recommend everyone who uses them to do so as well.

Called this bank location in an emergency situation as I was purchasing new beds. Knowing it was close to 6pm close but I did reach someone to speak too but as soon as the clock hit 6pm the call disconnected and no attempt to call back. Makes me want to break off from this institution.

Always get assistance quickly and promptly. Pretty reliable if you need assistance over the phone as well. My only issue over the last few years was when I opened the account I never received the bonus they offered.

I've been an account holder with PNC for 11 years. I have had good experiences and referred many of my friends to them, but today when I called concerned because my best friend was told incorrectly about a referral bonus, I was greeted with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Jennifer is the banker who gave my friend misinformation. At this point it no longer was about the bonus money neither of us would receive, but it was the fact that Jennifer would not own up to her mistake. She eventually apologized. However, Jake Abner the assistant branch manager was ridiculous. He actually was excited and begged to set an appointment with me to close my 4 accounts. He said “can I schedule the appt with you Mindy, I WOULD LOVE TO BE THE ONE TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS.†Like I said his name is Jake and he is the manager. Needless to say, I will use another branch for my needs in the future and quite frankly after 11 years am considering closing my accounts and moving to another bank.
