Been with the company for many years. Not one complaint about them. Made a claim and it was all taken care of in one day. No stress, no mess. Why only 4 stars? Nobody gets a perfect score when I havent used all services available to make that kind of rating.

Have been a customer for 25+ years. They have provided excellent service in so many areas: home, auto including RV & UTV, and even business policies. They research to find the very best coverage at the most reasonable premium. When you have a claim, they are there promptly to guide you through the process. We expected a claim due to a slip and fall on the ice and John Lawrence responded immediately to our contact and put us in touch with a claim representative who evaluated our liability and was prepared to handle the potential claim (which I believe was never made). Their service has always been exemplary. Not just in this particular instance, but in handling our insurance coverage needs and a landlord and as a tenant in another facility.
