“Carle sent a prescription over to HyVee at 3:30 on June 9th. I did not get a call saying it was ready by the time I got of work on the 10th. So I stopped by to see if they got it they did get on June 9th but I still had to wait 10 minutes for it to be filled. Never have a a problem with the pharmacy till yesterday. Hopefully nothing like this happens again.”

If needed they have snacks, drinks and candies. If leaving the ER this is a very convenient place to fill your new prescription.”

“I always get my prescriptions filled fast at this location. I phoned in a virtual refill, it said it would be ready after 2 days, and 20 minutes after submitting the order, I received a text that my prescription was ready! Wow. And that was not the first time either. Unlike other places in town that sometimes you have to wait for agonizing hours to get your medicine, this location seems to have their ducks in a row. Even when I go in shopping, I only see maximum 1 or 2 people in line waiting (there is no drive through here). I will continue using this pharmacy because my prescriptions have refilled consistently and timely.”
“I have been going to this pharmacy to pick up my medications for over a year now and have had overall great experiences. I get text reminders when my prescriptions are ready for pickup which is very convenient so I don’t have to keep calling to ask. I have tried other pharmacies in town and I usually have to wait for them to have a medication in stock. This pharmacy consistently has my medications in stock when I need them. The few times I have had to wait for a medication it will be 3 days max and they notify me via text with updates.”

“Based on my previous visit, I enjoyed this location. The store is well lit. The aisles were clutter free. It was a warm, inviting atmosphere.
My visit included picking up medications. I enjoy the feature of using the app. You can track order status, submit orders, submit insurance information, etc.
The pharmacy staff were very nice and professional. Since I got an alert that my pharmacy order was ready via the app, the checkout process went very quickly.”

“I love this Walgreens! I placed my photo order today while waiting for my prescriptions, it only took them about 5 minutes to get them done! By the time I paid for those they called me over for my medicine!! Everyone’s always so nice, they’re always so quick with my medications too! I love this store it’s so clean and talk about an upgraded cosmetics section!”

“I received all of my help from Penny in the beauty center from the time I walked in the door to the time I purchased my items. I am relatively new to the world of makeup and cosmetics, so I was nervous about choosing the right product for my needs. I am not exaggerating when I say that Penny gave me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was especially pleased with her attentiveness and her product knowledge. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Even though I went slightly over of my original budget, she made sure I found products whose value would be worth the extra investment. I purchased a beauty tool I had never used before, and she took the time to explain best practices with use and cleaning for this product. Needless to say, I will be coming back to this store to get help from Penny the next time I need any kind of beauty product.”

“I was in this Walgreens in Bloomington to take passport photos with my wife. I paid $73 for 8 photos (four each). I requested for digital copies sent to my email but was told by the lady who served us that that couldn’t be done. I left Bloomington just after taking those pictures.When I got to my destination I decided to read on the Walgreens website their passport photo policy and realized I was entitled to get the digital copies. I called the store and was met with this rude female. She wouldn’t let me explain what happened. In the end I had to end the call.I called again and got through to Brian. Words cannot describe how amazing this man is. I only spoke with him on phone but Gosh, the level of professionalism, his attitude, his control on dispute/conflict resolution is simply amazing. He even found out that all our pictures had defects and would fail so he had no choice but to void the transaction. This is the type of individual organization should protect at all cost. Thanks Brian for being amazing at what you do.”

“They had pretty much everything I can think of but the problem is it's small and there are things that just don't have room for. My wife was looking for a specific kind of chip and that was not available but everyone was very friendly. After checking out at least three different employees said to have a nice day on the way out”
