Charged me $100 for an “extra day” when I had it returned the same day I rented it. Cannot get them to refund my money, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Tried to rent truck- had to call several times. Finally got a hold of someone, made reservation and day of rental had no trucks available. Go to U-Haul instead.
