Ordered a premium flower bouquet for my girlfriends birthday. The day of the delivery, I received a text asking to set up a time for delivery. Fifteen minutes later, before I noticed their message, I received another text saying they had tried to deliver the flowers and no one was home and to call a number to schedule a time for the drop-off.When I called the number, the lady who answered tried to argue about why the delivery was missed. Overall, she was very short and snappy with her responses.Finally, I was able to schedule a drop-off time, but when the flowers arrived, they were completely different from what I ordered... I was never notified that they wouldn't have what I ordered. Luckily, the flowers were still quite pretty. It was just a bit disappointing to spend 100 dollars on a bouquet to receive something entirely different without any notice.Will not order from them again.

This florist brought our vision to life so well. We wanted several specific flowers and she made our arrangements beautifully. So many stems and not over-powered with greenery!! She uses Telefloral as her basic website photos but it is best to call her as she can order exactly what you want.

Ordered a gorgeous arrangement from an on-line photo to be delivered to my daughter at college for her birthday. Was advised they did not have those specific flowers. I asked if I could be sent a picture of what was being delivered and was told they were not able to do that. I trusted it would be something similar. My daughter sent me a picture when they were delivered and they were nothing like what was ordered. Per the direction on the arrangement that states if you are unhappy for any reason "please call" I called and let the woman know that the flowers delivered were not anywhere near what was ordered and looked like they were picked up from the refrigerator at a grocery store. The owner/manager/worker let me know that if I was unhappy with the arrangement she would go back to my daughter and take them back. I said absolutely not because that is rude to go and take back the flowers from someone who was completely unaware there was a situation.She this woman CALLED MY DAUGHTER, advised her that I was unhappy with the flowers and she would be back to get them. Of course my daughter called me freaking out. When I called the flower shop the owner/manager/worker I spoke with again was belligerent and hung up on me after stating they were going back to get the flowers. She had the audacity to walk up to my daughter's sorority house and embarrass her by taking back the bouquet that was delivered. The least professional business I have ever dealt with.I do hear good things about Becky's across the street and will use them in the future.

I ordered 2 dozen PINK roses over a week ago. They were supposed to be ready by noon today and I arrive 15mins early and they didn’t have my order ready or CORRECT. The boss proceeds to prep the most flesh colored roses I’ve ever seen in my life. I really needed the flowers for an event so I tried to work with her by asking if she had pink accents. She said the best she could do was give me a pink bow for $10.99 and said “you really don’t have to take them, I don’t care”That’s when I walked out. I went to Beck’s Family Florist on Main Street and they had beautiful PINK roses at a much better price than this establishment. The people working there were so nice and helped package my roses within an hour. Go to Becks!!!

Did a wonderful job with the flowers for my Dad's funeral. Took the time to listen to what my Mom was looking for and delivered two beautiful sprays that stayed fresh well past the funeral. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for personal service at a sensitive time.

I have always gotten flowers from Original Niepagen for dance recitals, school dances, special occasions, and my wedding. Their flowers are always beautiful, and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will help you figure out what will look great and work best for your budget. I have always been more than happy with everything they have made for me!

Ordered flowers for 8th grade recognition night. They were beautifully wrapped individually with bows and festive wrap. I did not even ask for this to be done so it was wonderful to see. The flowers were beautiful!

I loved working with Original Niepagen Flower Shop for my wedding. They did my flowers not once but twice due to Covid and were so easy to work with! For my original wedding in December they made the most beautiful winter bouquets. We received so many compliments on them and they truly brought my vision to life! Then, for my big celebration in July they were able to recreate my bouquet with florals that were available in the summer. I definitely recommend them for all your floral needs.

They did my flowers for the ceremony in December and created the most beautiful winter bouquets. We received so many compliments on them and they truly brought my vision to life!
