I went there last Wednesday 3/27/24 and got a pedicure. The pedicure was ok but I ended up with a bacterial infection from the pedicure. So something was not cleaned properly! Waiting to hear back from owner. Hopefully I will receive a refund from my services.
My younger sister was also asking for full set in cheetah and she was trying to talk my sister out of it about the colors she wanted. I thought it was very unprofessional.

We had such an awesome time getting a pedicure and a fill today, I highly recommend going to her salon.
Requested style: My granddaughter got the nails she wanted and my pedicure was very relaxing.
Cleanliness: The salon was very clean and organized.

Worst nail salon ever!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! My daughter went there about a week ago and told me about her experience! The owner was rude, when she complained about being hurt and bleeding, she told her to calm down and maybe smoke some weed. Her work was sloppy, acrylic not shaped and chipped after two days, bubbles in the polish, cuticles were bleeding. She destroyed my daughter's nails! On top of it she charged $60 for fill in! This salon deserves 0 stars!!!

I moved to this area 6 months ago and went in search of a nail tech, I tried 2 different places before coming to Orchid Nail. I loved how the owner, Frannie, did my nails so much I’ve never been any where else. Frannie is a sweet person.
