This is the second vehicle purchased from Brian Reed at Kia Obrien. I came into Kia in the morning and by 5 pm was leaving with a brand new 2024 Kia seltos. After originally looking at used vehicles we determined the best value to be a new vehicle. Brian didn't pressure me or try to influence my decision in any way he simply presented me with options. My family and I had a great experience at this dealership. We had stopped by a few times before actually purchasing the car because we had questions and were deciding between two different vehicles. Joe & Jaykeb were very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. They were able to answer any questions we had and they were very thorough explaining how everything worked on the car as well as the different features it had. I appreciate that no one was being pushy about purchasing the vehicle. We are very happy with our purchase and im glad we chose this dealership.

Brian Reed led me into a really good situation with my 2022 Kia Carnival. He made sure that I knew that this version over the 2023 available Carnival came with a Certified Pre Owned verification, which could save me MASSIVELY in the future if it needs work done due to certain issues that pop up here and there. It gave me great peace of mind and it helped me make the right choice between two apparently good options. The benefit of a smaller city- he told me that he knew the previous owners of the vehicle, and as he promised, they kept immaculate care of it. It made us feel like we have a brand new van! Lastly, though I didn't feel it from all of the workers there, Brian at least really gave the sense like he was a humble guy who understood me.
Made me feel like he wanted to work for the customer, and wanted to help me get the best deal possible. I would look him up if you are on the lot, and in need of a new vehicle!
