Thanks Nord Tree Service very much for trimming our trees. Very efficient work with excellent clean up after everything was done. This was the 2nd time of work on the trees, and each time my family was happy.

Nord quoted to trim my trees. I followed up with many phone calls and a stop by their office (nobody there except a big dog). Nobody ever got back to me. I saw them working in Bloomington and stopped to talk to them. During that interaction I was assured they would get to me in the fall. When they never got to me I made more calls and I still could not get a response. I would have been okay with a response that they were too busy to do my job but I could not even get that. Their quoted price was low. Very odd operation

I used Nord's to remove two 17 year old trees in my front yard and both were taken down (with stumps removed) quickly with no damage to my grass. Stumps were ground out at the same time and Clint Nord did a great job cleaning up the debris.Services: Tree removal

Clint and his crew did an excellent job. The tree was located in the backyard in a tight space in between the fence and arborvitaes, and they were able to remove the tree without any issues. .. They were professional, on time, reasonably priced and did an excellent job cleaning up. I am extremely happy with the job they did and I highly recommend them.Service: Tree removal

Rarely do I get to write a happy review anymore, but I think my recent experience with Nord Tree Service easily justifies this one. I simply needed two 15-20 inch diameter pine tree stumps removed (grounded out) that were each closely encircled by a red brick landscaping perimeter, without damaging the bricks. I called Nord's at approx. 9:30am on a weekday and left a message requesting an estimate. Mr. Nord himself called back that evening, 7:41pm to be precise, to say he would come by within the next two days. He explained, typically he's busy working during the days so often must reserve estimate times between jobs or afterwards. He stopped by around 4:45pm the following day, inspected the stumps, and called us with an estimate amount. Coupling this quick response, his straightforward manner, and the est. being $40 less than a competitor's I had previously obtained, he got the job. Given our community suffered a major ice storm at the first of the year in which we still have damaged trees in our subdivision, plus it being busy Spring time for most who earn a living outdoors, I decided against an attempt to push for any commitment regarding a specific removal time frame, as a job condition. So, recognize my surprise when he shows up a little over a week and a half later and cuts them out under 20 minutes and did not even scratch a brick. My only complaint is he left the scene before I could run out of the house and pay him in cash, now I've got to write a check.

I have been waiting for weeks for my trees to be cut.. Got an estimate has called many times to see what happened that they didn't call or come for the job

Clint and his team worked fast, to remove 3 trees and trim up others, he also helped when I had a big branch fall over the garage during an ice storm. He’s always busy but does get you into his schedule in a timely manner.
