If u have a gas leak and Nicor comes out and locks ur meter out till it gets fixed,,,well it was fixed within the hour but it took Nicor 0ver 8 hours to come back on to turn the gas back on, in the Winter time.

Never had a problem getting ahold of someone when calling, and they were always very nice and helpful. I recently did their free energy assessment and the technician was awesome!

Easy to make payments from their website. Saves time although do not like the 2.95 fee added for echeck.
