Timothy, the technician, arrived at our home on time. He was friendly, efficient and explained what he was doing to determine why the ice maker in our ‘fridge was not working. He informed us of our options. He returned and installed the new ice maker with the same positive attitude.

Would not recommend. Terrible service. Technicians never showed up on time. If you schedule them and are not the first appointment, you should clear your schedule as you will be waiting all day. We were on our fourth appointment without having our dryer fixed. Ordered parts that never arrived on time. As a technician finally attempted to fix our dryer, he actually broke it worse. I overheard him telling another technician on the phone, "I broke their axle in their motor, so that needs replaced now." After this technician left, I found that during his attempt to fix our dryer, he cracked the front of our washing machine, which was working perfectly fine before the repair. I'm still awaiting a refund for the deposit we paid at first to complete the repair plus additional funds for damages caused to our washing machine that was not even part of the repair to begin with. If anyone asks about appliance repair, I will be the first to tell people to stay far away from Mr. Appliance.

This should really be 0 stars. I had Mr Appliance out 2 months ago to fix my washer. They did some work that did not fix it. A technician came back out and I was essentially told that the washer could not be repaired and I should get a refund for the work I already had done since they were not going to be able to repair it. I ended up getting a new washer because I could not use the washer I had. I have called multiple times in the last 2 months to facilitate that refund and they are essentially avoiding me at this point.

The tech was brilliant. He knew exactly what to do, even made recommendation to keep my current dryer than buy a new one as it would be cheaper and that this older model will hold up a long time. Honesty and professionalism. Id def go back when I need to. They were great. Yet another fantastic local business. Update: Another thing went out on our dryer and this time the tech Matthew came out and fixed it within 15 minutes after obtaining the parts. One of the parts was faulty so it wasnt his fault. I let Mr Appliance know and Matthew came back and fixed it within 5 minutes and it is like brand new again. They were both great techs and I highly recommend this service due to their techs.

Technician was friendly, knowledgable and very prompt in troubleshooting and identifying problem with refrigerator. Parts were order and repair completed successfully the next day.

Excellent service! Fixed the problem quickly with no issues. Good value!! Only comment is I need a couple magnets to put in my house if I need help in the future.

Timothy was knowledgeable and friendly. Made my wife comfortable.
My only concern was we were not provided a breakdown of parts labor and service call.
Dryer did not work but after the repair it worked great.
Timothy worked well around my dogs, brother couldn't keep them in his room. I liked the appointment process from initiation online to the confirmations including the service techs name and photo. Made the process more personable.

Tim was awesome polite professional and knowledgeable. He was exactly what you would want from someone coming into your home to fix something. Should we have another appliance issue the only call we will make is to Mr Appliance and if Tim is available send him.

The cost is a bit prohibitive, but needed the dryer. The job was done well, in a timely fashion, and the technician was professional, responsive, and personable.
