Georgia and her team are AMAZING! Each class is the perfect balance of challenge and encouragement, the new and the familiar, correct form and individual modification. And fun!

I literally cannot say enough good things about Move! I wouldn’t call myself a lover of exercise/working out, but owner/instructor Georgia makes it something I absolutely look forward to it every week. She challenges her clients with the most positive and carefully curated instructions and moves imaginable. EVERY class is unique and different. The variety makes the classes go by quickly and yet they are crazy hard (in the best way possible). She also incorporates client sugge

I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of the Move community for about fours years now. All the instructors have been amazing. I’ve had back, hip, and hamstring issues. They have all been able to get me back into working condition. They work with my chiropractors needs as well.

I love vinyasa flow with Allison, she has such a calming voice and I enjoy the variations. She always provides an essential oil at the end and that 5 minutes of meditation is the best part of my week.

Nothing better than 5:30a Gentle Yoga with Kim Hayes to start the day off right! The studio atmosphere and instruction is top notch; perfect balance of flow and flexibility. You can tell Kim is passionate about her practice/clients and wants to invest in your health and overall well-being. All the more reason to stop by and MOVE with her!!

I've been wanting to try Pilates but I didn't want to go to a class & look like a weirdo. Thankfully Jennie does one one ones and she was amazing. I've done yoga for years & as crazy as it sounds you have to like the instructors voice & instruction style. I LOVED everything about both. Very happy I finally tried & I will be back for sure!

An absolutely lovely studio run by women who know their stuff, Move provides yoga and pilates mat and equipment classes (and stand up paddleboard in the summer!) in a really supportive and fun environment. I have been taking classes here and with these instructors (through an earlier iteration of the studio) for a year now, and I am so happy with my experience overall. Pilates and yoga mat classes tend to have 3-12 people in them, and equipment classes are limited to 3-4, so (and especially if you ask) you will get a lot of personalized attention to your form. You will also get to know people in your classes and, in general, it is a great group of clients, in every category of age and fitness/shape, who will swear right through the hard stuff with you. While most of the clients seem to be women, there are a few men, so guys shouldn't feel out of place at all. Highly recommended, and walkable (right on the trial!) if you live anyplace in between ISU and IWU.
