We recently had our master bath vanity top replaced with a quartz product from Morris Granite & we are very happy with the results! The showroom in Bloomington had lots of options for us to look at & bring home to compare. The installation crew was friendly and considerate. We appreciate this business!

Drove 45 minutes to come here and showed up to a sign on the door at 2pm saying “we will be back at 3:10.” Very disappointed especially when a lot of countertop places close early or are closed on Saturdays. Will not be coming back.

Called this morning to get a quote and they were incredibly rude. When we said we'd go elsewhere he replied "Go F*** yourself". If this is how you treat potential customers I'm surprised they have any work! Would not recommend.

They installed leather granite in our kitchen four years ago. The granite seam was coming apart so we contacted Dan and he agreed to come to fix. A few reschedules because he was so "busy", we got a time for early Saturday and waited. And waited. We live in the country and saw a white truck drive by and then drive by again. No Dan. Text him again and received a curt text back indicating that he had stopped by our house, rang the doorbell and waited a minute, then left and was very aggravated with us. Was not our house and blamed US for messing up his day. My husband was always professional in his text to him, always polite about his not showing up when he said he would, and never getting upset OR feeling he was "special" (what does that mean, anyway?). Here is Dan's final text to us after my husband said we no longer wanted his service:" We have 1000's of clients every year since 1893. I am sorry that you are offended that I did not remember how special you are. I did assume, so that is my bad. Never claimed to be perfect. So, if you want to be a dick, we can certainly part ways. If you want to be reasonable I can reschedule. Either way is fine with me. I will assume the first, unless I hear from you. Good luck."Very unprofessional, and apparently because he's had thousands of clients, it does not matter to him what kind of language he uses on past clients, so future clients beware.

I contacted Morris Granite to have some keyboard wrist rests made for a friend and I. Really didn't care about the cost, but was quoted a price and agreed to it. Dan, the owner/manager asked me to text him the dimensions, which I did. I also kept my texts within business hours. However, after asking for an update, he blew me off. See the attached text thread. A) I didn't know he was out of town until he said something and B) regardless... it's a text message. If you don't want to reply, don't... but that's really no way to talk to a potential customer. I would recommend not doing business with this company.

Once we decided to put new countertops and a farmhouse sink in our kitchen, we received several quotes and visited a few showrooms. We were disappointed with the selection and price until we went to Morris Granite. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and beat all the other quotes. The crew who installed our marble and sink were professional, courteous and respectful of us and our home. They did a fantastic job, answered all of our questions and did a professional job on the installation. We love our kitchen!! It turned out exactly how we wanted. Thank you for a job well done.
