Today I had my apartment cleaned by a woman named “ Jen “. My experience was going good until I asked her if it would be okay if I ran down the street to grab some cash considering I work 12 hour shifts and didn’t remember to stop by the bank last night because I was tired.
She said yes very confidently so I said okay I’ll be right back. I grabbed my things and left. Affording to vehicle I left my apartment at 11:01 and returned at 11:10. When I returned she was standing out near her vehicle. She told me she was going to give me an invoice, she did and I paid her. Not only did I pay but I also tipped her.
Before she got in the car she tells me oh someone will call you because my anxiety is bad. In so many words she said she called someone telling them she thought I ran off without paying.
I left this woman in my home where I pay rent, with the keys to my second vehicle that I own. Inside my own apartment I have tons of tvs, PlayStations, new clothing / new shoes and a lot of Apple products. Why would I ran off and leave her with all those things? If she knew me leaving would cause confusion for her she should’ve said “ I prefer if you call to make the payment “.
I’m 100% sure me being African American and covered in tattoos played a role in her feeling the way she did.
I paid an additional fee to have my windows ceils cleaned which she didn’t do nor did she clean my dishwasher. I just checked my phone log and whoever she was talking about did indeed call. They send text within me being gone exactly 9 minutes rushing me to come back home when I took extra time to get extra money.
The money I paid this company to clean my small kitchen is play money for me. I’m not a young adult, I’m a grown woman and who was raised an amazing woman who taught me better than to take advantage of good people which I thought “ Jen “ was. I do not appreciate this from Jen nor Molly maid.
If you look slightly the way I described myself please take heat to my experience and consider a second opinion. Nobody should or wants to go through an experience like this. Will not recommend and definitely will not recommend to people who look like me.

Courtney, Liz, and Amanda came to do our house for us. They were fun, easy to talk to and converse with, respectful and above all did a gorgeous job on our house. So glad we went with this company!

I'm so impressed! We've never had our house professionally cleaned, but we did a one-time cleaning as a freshen up for spring. Everyone was very nice, and they did an extremely thorough job getting all the little details cleaned. Definitely something we'll consider doing again!

I tried to hire Molly Maid for my apartment. The lady who runs things was so polite and nice when she came over to do the inspection/estimate. She told me they charge a flat 120 fee to even just come out to clean+ the regular fee. I thought that was strange. I tried to text/call to schedule a cleaning of my sons room/bathroom. When the lady came in for the inspection, she stated that she wanted to bless me with a free cleaning, since I was a struggling single mom. So, fast forward to them coming out to do the carpet (she asked ME to pick up all items off of the floor (isn't that thier job? Right.) So I did the best I could, but there were a few items on the floor. The guy that came was weird, and acted drunk or high. He started to clean the carpet, and HE-i said HE-ran over an item with the carpet cleaner, broke it, and got upset with me, (stormed out) and left abruptly. He even left some of his supplies behind for ME to clean up. When I texted /called the lady who runs things, she was SO RUDE and Dismissive. She blamed me for everything and said "We can come clean but we cannot do your sons room)...After she was so nice and sweet at my house and offered to help (FAKE). She was deceiving and did not keep her word. She was mean and disrespuctful and did not care about me as a customer at all. I worked with the public on a daily basis for 20 years and I have never treated anyone like this. I have compassion-she did not. Do NOT hire them!

we've used Molly Maids for monthly services for over a year now. we are moving to a new home and realized we had a lot of cleaning to get done before we could move in and needed help asap. Tim kept in touch and let us know when he had an opening to send cleaners to the new house. they did awesome with the deep cleaning that was needed! i feel much more comfortable moving in now! thanks Tim, Jackie, and other gal who's name i didn't get!

I was overly impressed by their work in my home. I was having surgery and didn't want to stress about cleaning so I got an estimate and an idea of what would be cleaned. I came home expecting minimal floor counter cleaning and got a whole house revamp and I couldn't be happier! I actually feel like I underpaid for the service I recieved. We will forever use Molly Maid service

Really dig our Molly Maids. Best value for a cleaning service in Blono. Had priced out 4 other places before cementing them. The staff are very friendly and do a great job.
