We have always received good products but my last order, the man taking our order was not only rude to us but also very rude to the young lady working with him. We are adult and can look past a rude employee but you could visible see how much he upset the young lady he was working with, as she had to walk away to compose herself. If any employee is willing to act like this in front of customers, no telling how they treat other employees when customers are not around. I honestly think IHSA should rethink working with company if this is how they run their operation.

Ridiculous that they don't even start making Sectional Shirts until the first day of State meet. And then when you do try to cancel they give you the run around. Four phone calls and a week later I am hoping my son's Sectional shirt that I ordered May 10th has still not even been made. I can't believe IHSA uses this company. We get their shirts for memories of my son's accomplishments but I guess not in High School.

I have worked with Minerva for several years. They are efficient, hard working, care about customers and highly regarded. This company was selected by the IHSA, IESA, Special Olympics to be their apparel company and professional sports organizations also trust their talents. Not only that, these folks care.

Let me save you time and money. Don’t bother ordering state apparel from this company. They don’t care about customer service. Last year when my son went to state, I ordered a sweatshirt the day after sectionals. When I found out the order was going to arrive way after state had occurred, I tried to cancel my order, and the woman on the phone was completely rude and told me they would charge me a fee for canceling the order. My bad, I ordered again this year, on May 18th, over a week before state even occurred, and this time I still haven’t gotten my order, and it’s coming upon a month. Really? That’s the best you can do, when I placed my order before sectionals even took place?!? I didn’t even bother calling this time to be subjected to more rudeness. I order regularly from the Internet and this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Great place to order custom apparel from. I had another place in town that fell through with poor communication. I called Minerva and they were able to get my order done. 84 shirt order. I recommend the Gildan 8000

ordered state sweatshirt 4 days before the state tournament and still have not received my state sweatshirt 14 days after the state tournament they charged my card too, sans goods being delivered 0 stars for this business....they suck!

I placed an order online, did not receive a confirmation email (checked spam folder as well) so I placed the order again, received a confirmation email for the second order. My account was charged twice so I called Customer Service to check on my order and explain what had happened, was told they would look into it and get back to me but never did. After I had to call several times because they would not get back to me with a resolution I was finally told that they would not refund me for one order even though it was their order confirmation process that did not work properly. If this is happening often, they are making quite a bit of extra money.

Excellent customer service and very fast turn around. I had an emergency shirt order to be complete in a week and they pulled it off with excellent service. My son's baseball team was very happy.

The treat there graphic designer like slaves and I asked them for a quote on a website and I waited a week and never even got a call back. Horrible worst place in Bloomington, IL for t-shirts or graphics.

They would not fix their mistake after all the money my cousin spent, very poor customer service.
