I have been a client of State farm insurance for 34 years and this office is by far the most incompetent group of folks I have ever had to deal with. The lack of knowledge of the policies that they sell is unbelievable. So long as you continue to write the checks, there is no problem, but ask them to explain the premium is outlandish. Office personnel had no clue and referred me to Mike himself. He just reiterated incompetence and that is why I will never deal with his office again. State farm should be embarrassed.

Couldn’t ask for better, faster service! A PERSON answers the phone and then answers your questions! I called at 12:40 this morning to get a quote for Umbrella coverage (which we ALL need) and had the quote via e-mail from Michon by 1:00! Can it get any better than that?

My Family switched from Country Insurance to State Farm and the Mike Wieland Agency many years ago.
