The ginger short guy that works there LOVES to low ball people. He gave me a price one day. Then I came back in the next day not even 24 hours later then gave me and my bf a price HALF the one he originally said. Then continued to say he never gave that price but the lady next to him said he did give me that price yesterday…. to my bf outside. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT take ur business here. He doesn’t care about the customers or “business” he hoses people and gets away with it. DO NOT take ur business here. The ONLY person that is amazing here is the lady that works with u on the firearm side.

This place is my favorite place in normal. Every time I stop here I find something useful or cool to have. I have purchased 4 firearms from here and a lot of surplus gear. Matt is awesome and is great at helping me by answering questions and making the purchase a breeze. Everytime I drive past normal, Midwest Exchange is the first place I stop by for good deals!!!

Bad place of business. Tried to return a firearm I bought there and they said they wouldn't take it cause the handle was modified. Then tried to buy it back not even half of what I paid for it from them. Literally tried to rob me out of $300 less than 2 months from when we bought it. Nothing on the firearm has changed and i had some extra things to go with it. Still wouldn't take it. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

My boyfriend turned me on to this place. Employee's are great, nice clean facility and fantastic prices. They give you a good deal on items you bring in and they always seem to have something I want. I consider it to be the best pawn shop in town!!!!!!

HORRIBLE AND IT COST ME $550 dollars!!!! I pawned my camera at Midwest exchange for 500 When I got my camera back paying them 550 to pay back the loan they returned my $1000 camera BROKEN!!!! When I sed it's broken he than sed Rudely. "SUE ME!!!!" So unless you want your things returned to you BROKEN !!! I WOULDN'T PAWN AT MIDWES EXCHANGE EVER EVER EVER!!!The owner believes he is above the law.
