The App seldom works properly, then when you call in the person doesn’t speak English properly! They keep going around in a circle with the same statement and think they’re informing you! Terrible. Just wanted to know if McD dropped the .99 cent coffee off the deals but had to listen 20 minutes of mindless chatter!

The woman that took my order at 10:50 pm on august 6th was high at the window tucked up my order and I asked for everything to be fresh it wasn’t and they were missing items I called to complain and she hung up on me fire her all together. I don’t know why tf whoever answered the phone answered it if you don’t like your job quit

I have been an app member since 2019 and because McDonald's app for it's older customers did not adapt with the new version for loyalty points. I didn't even notice until I seen my friends paying with the points and they have been a member for under one year. So far McDonald's has been unwilling to give loyalty points even though they have record of all my purchases since I became a member. Unfortunately at this time I can longer see myself being a loyal customer. All my reviews are up to date and will change according to customer service. Burger King was able to start me a new account and add the points to the new account (solutions) I am sorry I been here before it was a thing I feel if it's a loyal program then it makes me feel your telling me I have not been a good loyal customer to you. I'm just frustrated.

I understand you are short staffed, everyone is! But that does not mean the employees can be rude! Last night we went through the drive through, they forgot to add a large coke to the order. So at the window we asked to add the large coke, the girl told us no we only have 2 employees working, if you want a coke you have to go back around through the drive through? Well we had just waited 30 min to get through the drive through and then to have her be rude! So we told her if we go back through the drive through we will order more food also. And that is what we did! She could have just let the machine fill up another coke, but instead she had to make a McFlurry, a coke and a sandwich! I am so sick of rude employees! I also work short staffed everyday! But then again CNA’s are short staffed all the time not just with a pandemic! I understand working short is a pain, but you are there to do a job so just do it, get it done, get your pay check and go home.

Every time I come through the drive through they always have issues and never get my order right. Couple weeks ago I went through the drive through and they forgot an entire 10 piece nugget but put in the fries and gave us the drink for the meal. Today, I went through with my 2 children and I asked for a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and she put up an egg mcmuffin and when I corrected her she charged me for both instead which I didn't realize until I got my food at the window, but by that time I didn't want to worry about asking for 1.32 back for a sandwich I didn't order. Then, I get home and I am missing my vanilla iced coffee, and my son never got a toy in his happy meal which he was upset about because his sister got one and he didn't. Luckily I had an extra one in the house so they both had one to play with. I don't know how the lobby performs but I know all the drive thru needs to be fired cause they can't seem to get it together.

Waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through, didn’t get the correct order, and the staff is all on their cellphones while handing me my food. Maybe They would get the order right if they put their phones down.

I went through the drive thru with my son. The coke was the best. McDonalds always is. The fries were very good. The burgers were just ok. The service was very fast.

What can I really say its McDonalds, we stopped in to get breakfast on the way to a meeting. Food was hot and fresh.
