Friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time to decide without any pressure. Prompt delivery promised within 3 days. Helpful and so kind to my young grandchildren who were also with me. Great place to find the sleep setup you want at reasonable prices.

Was going to shop around for a mattress but seen mattress firm and went in. Alex let us shop around until we needed him and then helped us out. When I told him what I wanted he did not pressure us to up grade. He also offered us the warranty on the base with no pressure and I purchased it. I am so glad that I went to mattress firm first and such a great sales representative as Alex . Will recommend it to everyone I hear is purchasing a bed!
