Over all storage units are good and your belongings are safe. The customer service has its ups and downs, they will make it right but it will be at your expense. These units have came along way I would say from what they were several years ago. With that being said, the price is the same as any other storage unit, but it may or may not come with a roller coaster ride.

The new company has cleaned the place up nicely. The units are not climate control. Unit rent is reasonable. I keep a 5X8 covered trailer with plenty of room for other things here.

Easily accessible and affordable. I was able to fit all of my excess belongs from college in one unit. I definitely recommend this storage unit if you are looking for spacious unit's with ac and drive up accessibility.

I recently reserved and paid for a storage unit due to college move-out. The owner himself called and convinced me to use his location by providing discounts. Upon arriving, the code provided did not work and it took 45 mins to get to the unit. The maintenance guy came around with a dog. Once I opened the unit, I was shocked and appalled at what I saw. The ceiling was falling in and what looked like bed bug shells were present. I emailed the owner and explained my dissatisfaction with the unit. Instead of offering a new unit (glad he didn't), he refunded me my money without issues. Be Aware of this storage location

I'm a Red Bird and was looking for summer self storage options. Market Street Self Storage was perfect. I was impressed with the convenience and security and it's right in Bloomington and easily accessible from all major highways.The facility was clean, well-maintained and well-lit. The staff were friendly and always available to help with any questions I had.Overall, I would highly recommend Market Street Self Storage to any Red Bird!
