i AM SATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING SERVICE BUT TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED TRYING TO GET THEM TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS i HAVE LEFT MANY MESSAGES AND NONE HAVE BEEN RETURNED. I AM CONSIDERING HAVING ANOTHER SERVICE TO CLEAN MY HOUSE.

Very disappointed in this service. Initial clean was great (I was home), second time ( I wasn’t home and left them a check on counter) I came home and couldn’t even tell they were here. Did not do anything they said they would. Called them and spoke to Owner/manager, who claimed she would “make it up to me” and made excuses that they were new employees who came out the second time. Never returned any of my calls but had no problem cashing my check. Absolutely terrible service.

As the GM of the Holiday Inn, I use Made For Perfection for my personal home. I think they are wonderful and clean to my very high standards.
