I love Lincare I love the person that delivered my chair today she was great awesome to talk too show me how to adjust it but the main thing she brought it she was carrying I felt so comfortable with her she has a nice attitude and she's pretty I did not have to wait long for this chair they got it to me within one week the young people at lincare on the phone or in person are so courteous,and patient to the needs of disable, great team,GO LINCARE 100 all.good

This company has some serious customer service issues. I repeatedly was double billed for services never rendered. Countless times I ordered product that was never received, yet I was billed for them. Wait times on customer service lines were always over 30 minutes. Once you do get through, the individuals do not know how to resolve the issue. My address was wrong in their system for months (I called to change it twice), causing any billing to go to a different address. I would hear nothing until I was served with a past due letter well after the fact.This company mainly helps out geriatrics. How many people are they scamming out of money? LINCARE should be embarrassed with their customer service and completely overhaul their current systems. I have removed all services from them and I will go elsewhere. The most unfortunate thing is that I was forced to give their service 1 star instead of the deserved "0". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worse company ever. They never contact me when it's time to order new supplies like they're supposed to. I moved down south and my dr sent my order to the lincare in blm and of course they never contacted me and won't answer phone. There staff is lazy and pathetic

Kristi is our service rep and she is the best! She’s friendly, professional, helpful, energetic and has great knowledge of the equipment and how to use it. She calls to make sure we have oxygen and if we need anything. Our experience with Lincare has been super because of her!!

We had a delivery for my mom we gave them very specific intentions to not knock on the door but to call when they were close and we would meet them outside no one ever called we didn’t know it was delivered then to get repeated calls that we needed to sign paperwork or they were taking the stuff back. We had a rough adjustment period and had to go out of our way to sign the paperwork but had they listened all that could have been avoided.
