The people at their Bloomington location where fantastic in helping me with my bipap. Unfortunately their companies spam calling is just ridiculous. I get two calls per day asking to reorder supplies. When I check my Lincare Portal Account it shows that I have no supplies that need ordering at this time. I also received a bill for $69 which again conflicts with my portal information that says I only owe $15. This company has virtually no customer service support and is super inconsistent to the point it is almost fraudulent. It literally hasn’t even been a month with this company, and I’m already regretting using them for my bipap supplies.
Update: Billing issues continued to get worse. That $15 changed to $22.73 which I paid before I left on a trip on September 13 because I was going to be gone on the due date of September 17. Big mistake because I must have set up automatic payments. So they took out the $22.73 that I already paid on the 13 again on the 17. So this company is so awful that they don’t have a system that doesn’t stop or check for double payments. I will be contacting the BBB because I’m on vacation, and can’t stop at my local Lincare. Since any contact this company is either a robo message, or they just disconnect your call after 1hr+ on hold.

I have to say I had a minor issue so I went in and I actually suspected I would be told they could not help. The minute I walked in they smiled and promptly listened my issue and quickly took care of me. I was very impressed and the always seem to over deliver on customer service.

Looks like I'm going to have to switch companies. These guys use an automated system thats supposed to call you when it's time for supplies but calls with no response when you answer very frequently. Then makes you call back only to discover it's still not time yet! Try to complain about that and got disconnected from the call. They don't seem very focused on patient care but rather the money involved. Guess there's just not enough money in it for them to care that much.
