Presume the oil change was fine. However, all four tires had the pressure reduced in them 3 pounds below the recommended pressure on the sticker inside the driver’s door of 38PSI. All 4 tires were between 38 & 39 when brought in for the oil change. Tires were not rotated as requested.

Worked with Tom over the past couple days. He was patient and never pressured me to a sale. We test drove 3 different trucks and looked at 5 before I finally decided what I wanted and he was patient and helpful the whole time.
