Purchased an SUV in February of this year.Was deceptively sold the vehicle, as my salesman Shale admitted he was ignorant with regard to the condition of the vehicle and its status as a buyback vehicle. The vehicle completely broke down by March after my family spent $90K at this establishment. Troy and Rich in service were very rude and aggressive in their treatment of me, as documented on TikTok, calling me a liar about the car having issues and refusing service to us with no legitimate basis. They are now only offering to fix a car that has been deemed unfixable or trading the vehicle in at market value while acknowledging they sold us a lemon...a family with 4 young children. This facility is engaging in predatory lending practices and has been very unwilling to fix what they know was deceptive in the first place. Please do not waste your hard-earned time or money here.

Scheduled a service to have a recall issue fixed on a 2022 Silverado. The receptionist in the express lube was extremely rude. Do not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this dealership, they get your business and don't care about you after.

The sales department does not appear to value post-sale customer satisfaction when serious recalls occur with Chevrolet products (flammable battery in Bolt). Even a fake "I'm sorry this happened and we will do our best to address the issue" would go a long way. I have driven Chevrolets almost exclusively since I began driving, but my experience at this dealership has soured my view of the brand. Sadly, my next car will not be a Chevrolet.

We had a very positive experience buying a used car at Leman Chevy City. We got a great deal on a solid car, and everyone was helpful, low-pressure, and easy to work with. In particular, Brian Davenport was one of the best sales reps I've ever worked with. We'll be return customers!

I give this place two start because the sales rep was nice, knowledgeable and trust worthy. Then comes the finance department which tried to scam me out of buying a extended warranty promising a better interest rate if I did. Total BS, banks do not care if you get extended warranty or not. Then comes the service department, 3 hours for an oil change? When there is only two cars ahead of me? More BS. And then they blame a staffing issue? Pay people a living wage and then you wouldn't have a staffing issue. The greed of these dealerships is sickening, glad to see more and more manufacturers getting sick and tired out of the greedy dealers.
