We were greeted by Joshua McAfee shortly after entering the store. He was quick to ascertain what we were looking for, & didn't waste our time showing us something in which we weren't interested. Josh was friendly & very knowledgeable showing us the benefits & accessories of each piece of furniture we tried. He gave us plenty of time to decide on our purchases with absolutely no pressure. He helped us pick a fabric & color when ordering the 2 power rocker/recliners we chose to add to our existing sofa. We would recommend working with Josh when you shop at La-Z-Boy

Karen was super helpful in identifying what we needed and even found one in storage that my husband could try. Since it wasn’t in Stock we could order the color and even the side the handle was on! She was personable and obviously knowledgeable. We went in to look and ended up buying! We will see how delivery goes now. Hopefully just as well.

We had been searching high and low for the right table lamps for our bedroom. Two online purchases proved disastrous as the first included a broken lamp and the second two lamps that did not match. Several in store visits had proven fruitless. Finally we came to our local La-Z-Boy store and found what we were looking for. Only problem was that they only had one lamp. However, the staff got on the phone, contacted their store in another community and found a matching lamp. Not only that, but an employee from the other store brought it to our store and saved us a two hour round trip. THANK YOU Bloomington IL La-Z-Boy!!!

I worked with Laura and Katrina, both of whom were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful with furniture and fabric selection. They were very patient, never pushy and seemed like they had all the time in the world to work with me.
