This store is highly infested with bedbugs that management is not adequately handling, and recently a family friend of ours has found bedbug sheddings in their bag after purchasing from here. I worry for the safety of their employees, as exposure to bedbugs not only causes intense emotional distress after awhile, but bedbug saliva is also known to cause psychological ailments after prolonged exposure that can take months to recover from after cessation. I would suggest not shopping here until the employees are no longer being put at risk.

I hear this store is infested with bed bugs and management will not do anything about it. I recommend NOT SHOPPING here at all.

I've been consistently impressed with Kroger's variety of products, quality, and customer service. The store layout makes it easy to navigate, and I appreciate the cleanliness and organization. Plus, their loyalty program offers great discounts and rewards. Overall, a reliable choice for all my grocery needs.

The older man who works in self checkout is very strange and somewhat creepy. He felt the need to repeatedly touch my wife as he was saying “behind you” which was apparently his way of asking her to move. He then proceeded to roll his eyes when my wife was confused at what he was doing. This same man months before questioned if her ID was real because she “looked way too young” and wouldn’t drop the topic.

Just passing through. This is one of the better krogers in the Bloomington-Normal area. They keep the store clean and they keep everything pretty much stocked up. So far I've been to this krogers a total of 8 times and the service has always been good to me. Their deli section is decent you have a nice variety of choices to choose from. They have the same deals as any other krogers. The only downside is that they don't have a gas station at this location but they another krogers not even 15 minutes away from here that has one.

There were no carts inside. My wife stepped in a puddle of blood in the meat area. ( when she mentioned it to me, the manager a few feet away turned his head to the conversation, and then away, avoiding what he heard until we walk back by and directly spoke to him ) The manager informed us it was a known leak. But wait, why was it not cleaned up and blocked off? People most likely should not be stepping in bacteria filled pools of blood and tracking the bacteria across the store for others to step in.... just a thought.

I think it stinks having to check your own groceries without any kind of discount. It seems like the workers at the self-checkouts stand there and do nothing. Really?
