Items with clearance tags and signs saying clearance items additional discount does not always apply. There are no "exceptions "listed on the signs so you do not know until you check out.

A great store with super friendly workers. I came in late to get glue for a puzzle then ended up picking up another puzzle as well. They have the most beautiful puzzle designs here for a nice price! I will definitely be back for more.

Horrible customer service!! I used to love this store, I was a loyal Joann customer until I had an awful experience with a guy that had a crappy Mohawk/faux hawk haircut. Not sure if he is the manager but he is the absolute worst. Cursed me out for no reason, I guess Michael’s will get all my business now.

One of the most helpful and friendly staffs I have ever encountered at a Joann's. The manager went above and beyond, calling around to other stores in the area when they didn't have enough of the fabric that I needed at this store so they could reserve it for me to pick up. They are lifesavers. Best Joann's experience I have ever had, thank you so much!
