“Earlier today my wife and I stopped at Bremer jewelry in Bloomington to have a watch battery replaced. Laram met us at the door (our first trip to the store,), and was exceptionally professional and helpful. While in the store we visited with him about possibly resizing our wedding bands. He was respectful, courteous, and kind while working with my wife's arthritic knuckles. We will definitely be back to do business with Bremer's. “Went here for a custom Men’s wedding band. we brought our own diamonds set in a bracelet and an inspiration picture for what we wanted. Nathan explained their process to me and made me feel comfortable and confident that they would do it well. Brought my fiancé in at a later date to talk through making our diamonds work with the design we wanted and we got to meet directly with Kevin the owner and Goldsmith who would actually make the ring, he made great suggestions and took our vision and made it come to life. he popped the diamonds out of our bracelet and used those to make the ring. said it would take 6-8 weeks and it only took 4!! the whole office had greatcommunication, we’re kind, friendly, and very personable. i would definitely go there for any jewelry needs, custom or off the shelf!!”

They offer more commercial options if you don’t want a print. The sizing is very inclusive and can fit a range of bodies, including plus size. The prints change, so you can walk in every time and see something new. They also offer simple staples, so you can build a whole outfit in one place. Mimi is a super friendly and attentive business owner. She makes every customer feel comfortable and cared for. I get compliments every time I wear something from Mimi’s boutique. Check out the wall of bags too, they are stylish and a perfect accessory to level up any outfit. I cannot praise this boutique enough. Will always come back.”

“I wanted to create meaningful gifts for my adult "bonus" sons.In addition to being paramedics for Bloomington and Normal, they own RIORDAN BROTHERS LAWNCARE in Heyworth. So made wooden signs for them honoring their lawn business.My oldest Riordan bonus son passed away in 2018. His two sons ages 12 and 13 have begun to help with the business. Included their names on the signed created in memory of their dad.Shana and Kelly were exceptionally helpful as i worked on the gifts. Had a vision in my mind of what I wanted to create and they helped bring it to reality!Such a fun shop to use one's creativity!Thank you, Ladies!!”

“I decided to buy my wife a Christmas gift at Refine 309 after she suggested the shop to me. I decided to order online since I was unable to make it downtown to their shop. I placed my order, and decided at a later date to call and check on the status of my order. I spoke with Christina and she was wonderful. At first I think she thought I was upset that it was taking too long to receive my order, but I was not. I know that Christmas is a busy time of year for businesses. Anyway, Christina was super nice and offered to drop the package off after she got off work! I told her that was not necessary, but she said it was no problem. Customer service is such a big deal to me and this meant a lot. The package was dropped off and was beautiful wrapped. Thank you Christina and Refine 309 for such a positive experience!”
