I had gained weight in the 24 years since my husband put it on my finger, and wanted to get it resized to wear on my right hand. The lady who helped me was very understanding and never once looked down her nose at me since it was not a very expensive ring. Sometimes I get self conscious going into a jewelry store, since I don’t have a lot of money. She got all my information and said it would take about a week to get it back. Exactly a week later I got a call that it was done. I was so happy to get it back, and it cost less than $100 to resize it up. Thank you!”
