I'm so sick of getting different 'rules' regarding special orders. The person answered the phone like I was bothering her and proceeded to tell me she can't fill my request. I'm OVER people that hate their job telling you what you can't have, what they can't do, etc.

This pharmacy used to be better. Now you just get lied to about when your prescription will be ready. Apparently the new system likes to tell you something will be ready a certain day, but when you call it actually won't be ready until 3 days later. That's a pretty huge difference and it's very frustrating. The pharmacists themselves are fine. But I'm just going to switch to a pharmacy that doesn't cause me issues whenever I need a prescription filled. I just want decent communication and maybe a reliable app. If it's reliable. The new one isn't good at all.

I always get my prescriptions filled fast at this location. I phoned in a virtual refill, it said it would be ready after 2 days, and 20 minutes after submitting the order, I received a text that my prescription was ready! Wow. And that was not the first time either. Unlike other places in town that sometimes you have to wait for agonizing hours to get your medicine, this location seems to have their ducks in a row. Even when I go in shopping, I only see maximum 1 or 2 people in line waiting (there is no drive through here). I will continue using this pharmacy because my prescriptions have refilled consistently and timely.

Cindy is awesome! Ran into an issue with my vaccine card, she called the pharmacy chain who originally vaccinated me and got the issue sorted out in just minutes!

There aren't many places to sit near the pharmacy if you're waiting. They do have lots of protective shields for prevention of covid-19. The staff was friendly.

Thank you to Jewel Osco for being awesome and being open til midnight- sincerely, a habitual late-night shopper! PS Jewel’s buy one get one sales are awesome! I suggest trying the Sheboygan brats and the pork and steak seasoned taco meat! Also the Giancabbos pizzas if you like big crust. Jewel also has a KILLER selection of the best frozen pizzas, including Gino’s and Connie’s!

I love Jewel-Osco. They've got brands I can typically only find in the greater Chicagoland area....which is a good thing!! So if you ever miss Chicagoland, Jewel-Osco just might have a piece of home waiting for you inside its doors.
