This place is well-stocked and organized. However, the employees in self-check (one especially) are at best unhelpful, and have progressed to downright unprofessional and rude. This has been experienced several times since I have begun going here, so...despite the good deals, I will find my groceries elsewhere.

Waited 23 minutes in drive up lane for pickup. Service person waiting on inside counter in between waiting on drive thru. Service person was very rude and unapologetic for bad service. Drive thru had 5 cars in line while waiting on me and this man was not working hard. He needs to be fired.

Worst pharmacy in town. Staff is always grumpy and rude. Prescriptions are not ready when they say they should be. Weekend hours also suck. Switching to a new pharmacy.

For eight days I have been trying to get a compounding medicine from this pharmacy. I called my doctor's office to call in the prescription and got a call back from them that they had called it in. I waited a few days and I still hadn't gotten a call from Osco's so I called them. I talked to the rudest pharmacist ever who insisted someone was lying because they hadn't gotten a call from the doctor. Why would the doctor's office call me back if they hadn't sent in the prescription. It wouldn't be so bad, but this is not the first time this has happened. Last time I had this refilled, by doctor's office called it in twice and they still hadn't gotten it right. It gets embarrassing to ask your doctor's office to have to keep calling them back. I called Osco's back again today and they told me they had my medicine. When I drove across town to get it they told me it was $60 this time because they couldn't be bothered with processing a claim for it with an insurance discount card I had on record with them. This would cost me $45 more than it had last time .They said they were too busy. I told her to forget it and left. I won't go back. Another thing is that you can stand in line forever waiting for their lousy service. And what is the reason that you have to sign your name on a computer type screen. How germy is that. Yuck! It is like they want people to pass germs and get sick. Not to mention you can stand in line there for 30 Minutes with everyone coughing all over you.

The pharacy has to be on the way out the service, rudeness, is prevelant. It often takes three days in a row to keep coming back to get the prescriptions that were called in and supposed to be ready. They are out of the most common stuff anymore the gal said her boss told her she cannot stock this or that anymore it is doomed. I know a dozen people who have switched to other pharmacy's. Sadly the Jewel store will most certainly close in the not too distant future. There is no manager to be found the store simply has went downhill to the point that after fifty years of shopping here I have had it. Hopefully someone will buy it but I am not holding my breath the big stores seem to have taken over.

Bought beautiful expensive pork chops dated 2 days out, opened them and they reeked. Had to throw them out. Thanks for ruining Sunday dinner Jewel. The meat department at the Oakland store has gone way downhill. Service is slow, quality slipping, don’t go there.

Friendly staff, but very disorganized. My provider had to call in the same prescription multiple times, and the whole operation felt very chaotic.

Was told prescription would be done in two hours showed up in three. Waited 30 minutes to speak to someone was told it wasn’t ready. I came back the next day, currently been in drive thru for 55 minutes.

if you use the pharmacy i recommend changing..I was harassed by a pharmacy tech. I went and picked up a prescription and complained to store manager about the service and pharmacy tech remembered my info and found me on social media and like a nut job came at me and jewel would not help even though it all started there never met this person before in my life
