I am writing this review as a warning to other consumers. Do not do business with this company they will lie and deceive you in any way they can especially Shawn and the mechanics at R&R tire and auto.I have had my Dodge Durango for 4 months now it has been in and out of the shop 5 times now and still not fixed.Now I have to pay out of pocket for shocks struts axle brakes new tires and now maybe a new transmission ,all with promise to be taken care of this was brought to the attention of Shawn's and he said not to worry it would be taking care of and Byrider will pay for it it's lies all lies a will never do business with these crooks again.

Do not trust these people! I worked there for 14 years. Friday morning Brandon, one of the owners, met me there at 7:00am to inform me that my job was being eliminated! Effective immediately! A few weeks ago I told him that if I were to quit, he would ask for 2 weeks notice. I was asking for the same consideration. He said that the new franchise owner said everyone stays. Loyalty means nothing! Don't let Dusty Kaster fool you either! He is the biggest snake in the grass you will ever encounter! I wonder if Tashunda Bellamy-Hosea wants her knife returned after I remove it from my back!

They say one thing then when you get ready to pay there’s say that never said treat the. They act all rude and they were also very rude to my daughter I heard bad things about this place anyways so glad I didn’t by from here

Never buying from here again. The vehicle I bought has had nothing but cooling issues with it. One problem after another. The vehicle is definitely a lemon.

Unethical, dishonest management that makes promises, but doesn’t keep their word. They will tell you anything, but don’t follow through. Never trust this company.

I just got this car in July and right off there were issues. These cars are overpriced and not worth it. The guy was all nice when he was getting me to get this pos but now he has become a jerk after he got the sale. PLEASE PLEASE take this advise. Just save up for a down payment to go through a regular car dealership. If i could go back I would have saved up and then went to a place that offered the car I wanted and the prices i wanted to pay. They arent forgiving if you have trouble making a payment. I cant wait to pay this off and never use them again.

Clearly from all of the reviews this place is absolutely terrible. An it is, I recently bought my car from this place an the day after a friend bought on in Champaign (I went with him) the difference is night an day. Champaign cares about the customer, Bloomington don't give a damn about you. Just the money. My suggestion, go to Champaign because I regret not doing so.

Definitely dont recommend!!! We bought a car from there & have had nothing but problems! Had my car a year, havent drove it but maybe 4-5 months out of the year. As im typing this, my car has been sitting for a month without use. They sure do make sure to call me 75 times a day when they want the money for it though. Have paid more money fixing this vehicle then paid towards my loan. They wont pay for it & theyll tell you “what do you expect its a car, thats what happens everywhere you get a car.” - Destinee R.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Bought our car almost a year ago. THE DAY WE GOT HOME it started making noise and when I turned left the tire light all wheel drive light break light and engine light all would come on. Took it to a mechanic that byrider told me to.....they said it needed to go to a gm dealer. They made an appointment. I took it. They didn't fix it. Took it to another mechanic. We have had the car in the shop more than not and now they are saying there is nothing they can do. In angry

Bought a 2012 Traverse about 4 weeks ago. Very nice vehicle, but a service light came on(traction controll) called them and they were very quivk and nice to tell me where to get it fixed, took it to garage, they thought it was a computer glich, 2 days later same thing, called them again, and again very nice, and even suggested maybe taking it to different garage, took it to same garage( it wasnt there fault) and this time they found the problem, covered under warranty no questions, no hassle! Ive had 3 vehichles from them not vounting this one and all have been reliable great vehicles. Very nice people to deal with
