The best part, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the store, everything was organized, and Rose was such a delight and sooo sweet. “Purchased a grill to include assembly and delivery. There was a mistake made on my order and the grill was delivered in the box. The delivery guys were super helpful and accommodating. They took the grill back and coordinated with the delivery manager Todd. Todd called me shortly after the mixup and took care of things behind the scenes with no effort from me, and my grill was delivered assembled perfectly the next morning on their first stop. Great customer service resolving the issue. It’s awesome to experience this old school customer care!”
