Very disappointed. My floating bathroom vanity arrived missing a side panel. They sent a 1/4 inch panel that was the wrong size. The side panel issue has never been resolved. Less than one year after installation the vanity is falling off the wall. It was incorrectly installed and is now damaged.

After having one salesman come out to measure for windows 4 times and never actually getting the windows ordered (even though I was given a quote after the first measuring), they gave me a new salesman. This salesman said he would be able to get the correct measurements the first time, get me a quote, and get the windows ordered right away. Well, it's been two weeks and I'm still waiting on a revised quote. Not only that, but my texts to the salesman are being ignored. Makes me wonder what the communication would be like if I placed the order and there were issues. I think I'll just go somewhere else...you may want to consider doing the same.
