I always have my propane bottles filled at hicks because of Melissa she is the best, she is so helpful. Hicks has great prices and tanks are super full.

I had an urgent propane need to recertify and fill my bbq gas tank for a weekend cookout!I almost didn’t make it in time but Melissa and Nick helped me out and were able to get me out the door quickly and efficiently.They both had great customer service skills and wonderful attitudes!Thank you for starting my weekend out right!

I recently stopped in to renew my annual propane contract. Melisa assisted with some questions I had and took care of the necessary paperwork quickly. It was nice to have a smiling person greet me at the counter and provide "old school" type customer service.

I go out of my way to fill my propane tanks here. They have a punch card is why. Pulled my camper in to fill my 30 gallon tank. Price was fine, wouldn’t punch my card. Said it’s only for grill tanks”smaller tanks”. Lost a customer.
