Had a large cashier check from their bank and they lost the records and money and thus the check cannot be cashed. Looks like FDIC has to be involved.

Awful! I had 7 bill pays go through twice and it took 5 phone calls, 3 different people who ultimately placed the blame on me (I mean, I am sure I hit submit and then went back, entered all 7 amounts again and submitted again all while day drinking at work and all under 1 minute ---yes that is sarcasm).

If you Need to get ahold of someone from the downtown Bloomington branch. You can’t no phones are connected to the bank directly very inconvenient. Everytime I call I get the 45 callers ahead of you in customer care. I’ve tried calling the bank just no use was overdrawn by a penny. And had 15 days to bring up balance before they close my bank acc. I gave up tired of having to find places to park to go in to bank. I shouldn’t have to leave home every time I need or somthing goes wrong with my bank acc. My account has been locked out of 3 times can’t even fix that or look on my app. So I gave up this bank is just not for me. Very inconvenient very frustrating. The employees are awesome though love them to death none of this is there fault. I get help when I go inside the bank. But the headache of having to come in every times this happens is over and done. If there was an employee review I’d put 10/10 but as far as banking 1/10 stars horrible and frustrating I’ll go ahead and move to a bank that can help my needs a little better.

When I have a problem with this bank Everyone seems to shift blame to another department i got charge over 130 in late feels because they sent payment back. When i call no one seems to know the process of anything. But I lose 130.00 for lack of common sense of employees. Thinking about switching from this bank i been member of years. Im pissed still waiting on another call of they dont know what happen or if they can rectify situation. poor quality of service

I have to use ubers and lyft as my sole transportation. Although the staff is always helpful my card is shut off 1 to 3 times a week because the tramsactions arent recognized after bussiness hours. Ive had to walk home numerous time at 2am leaving work. Nearly 2 hrs. Again its nothing againts the staff but in the futute i will be keeping my money elsewhere.
