I followed my stylist from her former place of business, made appointments, but never saw her at Finishing Touch. The people that I did see at Finishing Touch, when my stylist didn't show, were very kind and considerate. Another stylist filled in a couple of times and did a very good job. It ended up working out well for me. I found another business in town where I can walk in or have a short wait. The quality is not as good as my former stylist or the stylist that filled in for her at Finishing Touch. However, I am getting old, live out of town, and have had health problems. I have chosen to compromise on quality a bit for flexibility and convenience.
