The young guy who answered the phone the first day was very polite. Though he was not trained to order my part, he passed on my information.The next day I called to follow up. This guy did his best not to help me and was unable to locate the information I left the previous day. Not impressed.

This is for information purposes only. This Fastenal is open from 7:30AM - 4:00PM for in-store shopping. Between 4-5 is when we close for cleaning, you can still call and we will try and help you the best that we can.Thanks!

Most of the fastenals close early. Or the show room/floor isn’t open. Stopped trying to go to them and just take my money elsewhere now. Complete inconvenience!!!!!Zero stars ⭐️. This one closes floor at three evidently.
