never take your car here!!! they will attempt to throw in secret charges that were never communicated and they are nothing but thieves and scam artists! if their service dept is who is working on these cars, then every car they sell might as well be a lemon.

I give it a 1 star because you don't offer negative stars. By far the most crooked dealership I have ever dealt with! We went to Obrien nissan to buy a new Rouge and they didn't have any on there lot. So the salesman said they had some on the way to them and if I gave them $500 down they would hold it for me and if I didn't like it I would get my $500 back. When I got home I looked the paperwork over better and realized that they were changing $3800 over sticker price so I called the salesman and asked him why $3800 over sticker and he told me it was supply and demand and I told him it is price gouging and I won't do business with anyone who price gouges. I didn't get my $500 back as promised but I guess they need that to keep the doors open. Is it just seniors that they treat like that or is it everyone?? I just want everyone to know buyer be ware they are the crooedest outfit I have ever seen!!

Made my appointment online (very easy), they were ready to take my car back at my scheduled appointment time and it was ready to pick up an hour later. Staff was friendly and you couldn't beat the prompt service.

I am very impressed by Nissan Service at O'Brien Nissan. They are very professional, right on time, and clean. The shop always looks clean and picked up and doesn't have that typical burnt oil smell most repair shops have. Very very clean. Until the new wears off of my new Nissan, I'll be bringing it here for its oil changes and routine maintenance.

This dealership flat out lied about the application of a manufacturer's rebate. "They forgot" and then when reminded gave me the credit. Slimy.

I am wrapping up my purchase of a new Nissan from O'Brien Nissan of Bloomington and i must say they surprisingly met my price needs without must haggling. That was a wonderful surprise and mostly thanks to Chase Robbins. Chase also kept the car we requested aside for us despite our issues of being on time for all of our appointments with him. Chase is a good salesman to work.

I recently purchased a used Nissan frontier, 2009 from O'Brien. about three weeks after I bought the vehicle it started making a terrible front end noise. I bought it as is, no warranty, but thought maybe I got screwed! I talked with the Nissan department manager Brian and brought the vehicle in for repair. I felt they had some responsibility even without a warranty, given the fact I had just purchased the vehicle with a clean carfax and dealership inspection The service department were excellent.....friendly, and helpful. The dealership paid half of the repair expense, which turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. I was happy with that and felt their willingness to work with me without obligation was good business practice. I wasn't very impressed with the young salesman who sold me the vehicle, Elijah. He was very friendly at the dealership but his follow up left something to be desired. He did his best to ignore me when my truck was in for repair, right after he sold it to me.Ha ha! All in all the experience was pretty good, given the reputation of car salesmen, which is " High pressure to sell you the car". I can't say O'Brien is better or worse than most car dealerships, but I was very impressed with their service department and the sales manager in working with me.

I went to this dealership to get my car checked out for a warranty repair and they rushed me and told me they didn't cover this issue, so I took up my complaint with Nissan Custer Affairs and will be going to another Nissan dealership for repairs.

This is ridiculous. I bought an 84 month battery on 9/26/14 from them and it is now not starting at the 48month mark 7/31/18. The shop I took it to told me they want the business but that I could probably save money taking it back to them. When I called Nissan I was told it would be prorated but basically the parts and techs leave at 5. If their tater shows it needs to be harmed it must charge for an hour so I'd need to bring it by tomorrow when they had time. I understand wanting to get home, I do but to be basically be told you are SOL because we can't do everything we need to is frustrating. I've had to stay at jobs longer than I was supposed to and it sucked but it was my choice to work in a service environment. I'll never by another car from them because their service has gone to s**** And yes my last 3 cars came from there.
