He asked me about the music I listened to, answered every question I had about the upgrade path, and then scheduled me and gave me price range of a few bucks. I dropped my 10 year old car off the night before and then picked it up the next day at closing time. The speakers are awesome and everything I'd hoped they were, and the cost was on the low side of the range. Mobile Audio is great from beginning to end. Verified purchase?”

“Very clean and organized store. Went in on a Friday to turn in a product. The gentleman that checked me in was polite and straightforward. I was at the store for almost 40 minutes. The gentleman Mike was able to help me and come up with a solution to help my situation even when there was not much they could do. The people are relatable and professional which makes me definitely prefer this store over the other ones in town!”

Didn't follow up when said they would and even though the new stuff was in store they couldn't take 30 mins to deliver it for company coming due to my having surgery so they lost our business and having the Love seat recliner picked up. I'm sure they could have worked something out had they wanted to keep a good customer. UPDATE: thank you to the manager Emma Bowles!! She contacted me and got everything arranged and already delivered, she's a wonderful manager and I really appreciate everything she did for us!!”
