Sales process 2 years ago and receiving a full kitchen suite of appliances was an easy process and sales person was very professional. However, service is horrible when your refrigerator suddenly heats everything instead of cooling it. 1 month later still not working, technician is very unprofessional and isn't sure if replacing the compressor will fix it (already replaced the invertor board). Have asked for a different technician, and told either the same one comes back or it doesn't get fixed. Talk about great customer service.

Bought their "best" appliance 10 yr. 3 service calls...charged milage $35.00 never got it running . 2 full months without washing machine that worked! Never trust these guys!!!!!!

I could not have been more frustrated and disappointed with the customer service that I received from this company yesterday.I repeatedly called the store, the main service line, and their delivery texting service to get an ETA on the refrigerator after we were already past the delivery window of 1:00 - 4:00.The people that I spoke with said that they would check on the delivery timing and get back to me, but nobody did.After waiting for 2.5 extra hours beyond the delivery window and with no idea on when / if they were going to deliver the refrigerator, we had to leave the house.Shortly thereafter, I received a text that the driver was running behind schedule and may be late (it is pretty ridiculous that they sent a text that they may be late when they were already 2 hours and 45 minutes late).4 minutes later (6:46), I received a text that the driver would be there in 15 minutes. One minute later (6:47), I received a text stating that the driver was at our house.Within a few minutes, I checked the link in the text message and it said "Ouch! It looks like we missed you!"After trying to get some sort of communication on timing for the delivery for hours, I got 4 messages within 7 or 8 minutes, the last being that the delivery was missed.Horrible customer service!

Wonderful experience in both showroom and home delivery. Garrett and Mike delivered and set up my new fridge and removed my old fridge. They took the extra care that was needed to remove the screen door hardware, the complete inner front door of my home off the hinges, and removed the door to the appliances in order to get the appliances through the door. All of this took extra time at the end of a long day , they were professional, they remained kind and respectful towards me, towards my home, towards the appliances and towards each other. Thank You.

Products and sales okay, but service is the worst I have ever experienced. I could have installed the dishwasher myself, but decided to pay them to have them do it. They damaged the dishwasher hose when installing the dishwasher, which damaged our floor also. Not only did they not take responsibility for it, but they charged us for another visit to fix it.I have tried for a few months to contact the service manager, but they have others take messages and never return calls.I will never go here again.

Horrible customer service at the Bloomington Illinois store. They failed to show for a scheduled service call and the service manager refuses to call to discuss the situation. Do not believe their ads that they provide good service. And, after just speaking with a representative at the store, I’m even more frustrated. I was specifically told my appointment for service would be in the afternoon after 12:30 pm. So when I got a message saying they might arrive at 10:30 am I had to say no as I would not have been home that early. Their response was basically too bad. They don’t guarantee service times. They dont care…and do not listen when you call. They make excuses like they are busy with upcoming holidays. My time is valuable too and when they didn’t show for the first scheduled appointment and now not coming at the previously agreed time, the least they could do is schedule me ASAP. Nope… another week. You lost any future business

Highly recommend! The sales people always listen carefully to what I want and they work to help me find the right appliance at a good price. Misty was especially helpful today when I came in somewhat rushed to replace my washer and dryer. In about a half an hour I had the perfect set and she clearly explained the process of removal of old, installation of new, materials required and was able to schedule a delivery in just 4 days. I've purchased multiple appliances from them and wouldn't consider going any place else!

I have been waiting for 4 weeks to get my washer repaired. It is under manufacturer warranty and they still give me the run around. Their service is terrible. I will be calling GE to make a complaint!! Maybe you should spend more time with customer service instead of your marketing commercials

Should have looked at the reviews before purchasing. Our washer machine, which is less than a year old, has been broken for almost 2weeks is still broken. Tech came last week only to realize the part that was brought was in fact broken too. Before leaving he said they'd do their best to get someone here in the next couple of days. Fast forward to a week later and the tech came replaced the broken part and yet, surprise surprise, the machine is still broken.Called to see if we could get someone back out here and the gentleman on the phone tells us they can't but could be here tomorrow at some time or we can wait till next week. Seemed like an easy request from us but apparently not. Not to mention the gentleman on the phone reminding us that they are paying for the parts and work several times, as if they are doing us a favor. Excuse me is that not what the warranty we purchased at the time of purchase is for? Can't wait to call them back when the matching dryer we purchased less than 3mos ago begins to fail on us.

DVD has been extremely disappointing. They have been out to fix our refrigerator over eight times in the past year, and the manufacturer now says the fridge is unrepairable. DVD will NOT honor their no lemon policy. Their 5/10-year stress-free warranty is still valid, but they are not honoring it. They will only give a prorated amount, and you have to buy the NEW appliance with them. I agree with other reviews; it is so disappointing they must be under new ownership because they didn't used to be this way. The BBB should really stop them from advertising their warranty because they don't fulfill it.Edit to include response from DVD. The refrigerator is still not working and we've already had more than four items replaced or mechanical failures including over 8 visits by service in the last year. By DVD's record we've only had three mechanical failures however the refrigerator is still not working. ITs a large expensive paperweight at this point. I would call this a fourth and fatal mechanical failure. DVD has changed and it is so disappointing.

I am sorry to have to leave negative feedback for DVD, but they did not make good on our deal. We bought a Beko dishwasher and it came with a rebate. When we tried to get the rebate, Beko refused to honor it even though it was valid. We contacted DVD to assist which they promised to do. It has been over a month now and DVD just keeps giving us the run-around. Terrible customer service. I won't buy from them again.

I went in with my preferences. They zeroed in immediately on which units met my wants. They asked strategic questions to further narrow my search. Then...they expedited the entire rest of the process and we were back in business with a new dryer very quickly. Thanks, Lee et Al.

Lee was exceptional as well as knowledgeable! He didn't try to sell on more expensive upgrades and was personable! He talked me out of the knock knock refrig...I thought it was cool but in the end not feasible! Thank you for being honest and wanting to work with the customer!

Was told on a Thursday that a Monday delivery would not be an issue....was told Monday that washer would not be delivered until Tuesday now....well just got a call saying "oh sorry, washer will not be delivered until Wednesday now." Meanwhile the washer is sitting in the warehouse and there is no way it can get delivered today, even though it was supposed to be. Can't wait for the call tomorrow saying washer won't be delivered until Thursday. Meanwhile constantly rearranging work schedules for a delivery that's not coming.
