Bought 2 pounds of yellow and green chocolate and several molds for a baby shower, along with recommended crystals. The green melted perfectly and made beautiful mints. The yellow would not melt and just remained in a glob. I called the store and the female that I spoke with asked many questions. I explained I followed the instructions they gave me verbatim. I have been making chocolate molds over 20 years and always buy from Decorators Grocery, she told me it must've been a glitch with the yellow chocolate, as they have had other customers have similar issues previously. She said she couldn't replace the yellow chocolate bc it was a food product?! Very disappointed in Decorator's Grocery not standing behind their products.

I absolutely love this tiny shop with a huge heart for bakers of all skill levels. They have so many fun things, from cookie cutters to flavorings, pans to chocolates... I could use a trip here anytime.And the classes they offer are so much fun!!!

My favorite place for all my decorating needs. DG has it all from speciality cake pans and hundreds of cookie cutters to custom sprinkle mixes and chocolates. If she doesn't have it, just ask and Kelly will help you find it. She is a wealth of experience and knowledge and hires employees who are more of the same. You can take classes here, grab packaging for your baked goods, and find inspiration for your next baking spree. Seriously, an amazing place, owned by an amazing woman. Support our local small businesses and buy all your must have baking supplies from DG.

This little shop is one of the best shops I have ever gone to for baking! They are kind, help you with whatever your project is, and they carry some very nice things I love the cookie glitters they have! Also the chocolate! They have made my massive ordering so easy!!

Excellent source of all things sweet. If you aren’t sure what you need or where it is, they will know. Such an incredibly fun place to go in. Cookie decorating classes, cupcakes, etc are worth it, even a one hour drive. No one else has had half the inventory at these prices in central Illinois. Lots of new things and always find a treasure I didn’t know I needed.
