Weekend pharmacy hours listed on Google are incorrect. Google says pharmacy is open til 8pm Saturday and Sunday. They close at 6 pm on weekends.

Drive-thru needs an overhaul. Waited 45 min behind 4 other cars. One car was at window 28 min. Happens too frequently. Thankfully everyone who works there is friendly.

This location is normally great with my wife's prescriptions. Why they had an issue with mine on 3-1-24 I do not know. Even though my doctors appointment was over in the 11AM time frame. I gave them until close to 3PM so they could receive the prescription, take their lunch and fill it, because I understand I am not the only person they take care of.
I get to the counter and told it wasn't ready but they could expedite it since I was on site and asked the pharmacist how long that would be. I get told 15-20 minutes. I said I could wait.
30 minutes pass and my name still isn't called. I get told it would be 15-20 minutes. I mentioned that is what I was told 30 minutes ago.
My wife had to end up bringing our child in for various reasons. So now my wife and I are trying to entertain a 3 year old in a store as we wait and we do end up having to deal with a couple of melt downs in the store because of the wait.
An hour had passed since I first came in and I had noticed that other people had been coming in after me and getting told the same time frame and actually getting their meds. Some of these people were even getting called by name.
I even heard some of the staff talking to one another even stating that other pharmacies were having issues receiving electronic prescriptions so they were picking up the slack. If that was the case why tell everyone the same time frame instead of the truth? If I would have known that earlier, I would have brought my wife and kid home then returned.
But I ended up waiting 2 hours before my prescription was finally ready when I was told 15-20 minutes. Like I said, if I was told the truth from the beginning, I would have been fine, but I kept from becoming extremely pissed when people who came in after me were getting told the same I was and out with theirs before me.
Also I do honestly hope the one employee was had a better day later as she was checking people out at the pharmacy counter almost non stop. I can understand how it can be difficult to force a smile on the face when constantly interacting with people. She did sympathize when I did tell her about other people being in after and out before. Kudos to her to keep pushing and going.

Called the pharmacy around 740 to make sure they take my insurance for an antibiotic that needs to be filled for a tooth infection. The person that answered the phone informed us that they close at 8 and as long as we are there by 8 we can get the prescription filled. Upon arriving at 752 the lady told us it was too late and I explained to her that we just spoke with someone and they told us you close at 8 and as long as we are there by 8 it can be filled or else I would have went somewhere else. The lady then asked for the prescription and asked a few questions and then as soon as she got it entered she said well we close in 30 seconds so it’s too late we can’t fill your prescription today. I then asked what the hours were tomorrow and she told me and I explained I work the same hours and I need the antibiotic today or else we have to wait till Monday and it was really important because a tooth infection can go to the brain or blood and she didn’t care at all her only response was well we leave at 8 no matter who is in line or shows up before so we don’t have time and then she asked i we would like our prescription back. There was no one else waiting on a prescription and she had it entered before 8 all she had to do was fill it but because there was only 30 seconds till 8 she refused to fill it when we were told different when we called. This is poor customer service and the lady was rood by her tone of voice from the second we pulled up. Please change your hours to 745 so this don’t keep happening because coming from someone in customer service I don’t care how pissed I am I have to allow customers up until the time it says online or on the window up until that time and if they are still in my store at 830 because I’m servicing them then do your job especially when it comes to an antibiotic. Hire people who care about their customers

They were able to fill my 3 prescriptions in 15 minutes and actually worked past their closing time to meet my needs. I hadn't used CVS in years but this was the only open pharmacy in town. Friendly, efficient and capable. This location will receive my business in the future.

This is probably the worst place to get a proscription filled. They take literally days to process it and then sometimes I will get a text that it’s ready so I go and wait a half an hour either inside or drive thru and then have them tell me it’s not quite ready yet but we can try and fill it in 15-20 minutes. On a couple occasions I’ve had this happen multiple times during the same visit. The customer service is very lacking as well. All around the worst

Made appointments for 4:30, 4:40 and 4:50 for 3 flu shots through their "minute clinic". Still waiting for the first appointment to start after the third one was scheduled. If you don't have the manpower to honor your appointments, why have appointments? When we asked an employee for an explanation he acted like it was a dumb question and just said "she is apparently running behind" his expression added a "duh" to that. Finally knocked on the door at 4:53 and were told "I'll be right with you". Gee , sorry for the imposition! Maybe change it to "hour-ish clinic"

This used to be my pharmacy of choice. In the last 6-9 months, the service from the pharmacy has been terrible. Today's issue was another example. I came down with COVID. Saturday morning, 10/14/23, my doctor sent in prescriptions . Paxlovid and a few others. They surprisingly had 4 of the 5 in stock. The fifth one being CODEINE-GUAIFEN10-100. As of Saturday morning, it was still in process. I called Saturday afternoon, I was told they didn't have it in stock. They would order it on Monday. I check today, the prompt tells me it will be ready at 7:00pm. I called at 6:45pm. When I got through, I was told no, it wouldn't be ready until at least Friday. Have it transferred somewhere. I found it available at Walgreens. But due to it being considered a controlled substance, only my Dr can transfer it! 15 minutes later, I get an automated text from CVS. They JUST ordered the medication!! Totally different from the service this pharmacy once had.

Every-time I go to CVS it is an excruciating experience. I have chronic pain and they have no wheelchairs, and they keep making you run around. They refuse VA coverage now because their greed outweighs any support they would have ever had for disabled veterans.Every time I have a family member need a medication they NEVER have it in stock and I have to wait on the phone for 30 minutes to call the hospital/ dentist to have them send the medication to a different pharmacy (and they normally say the pharmacy should have been able to transfer the prescription to the other pharmacy) then waste gas driving across town and wait in line for 30 minutes at another pharmacy to get a pain pill that probably won’t help now because the pain is so bad from standing in line for hours and having to walk through multiple stores because the pharmacy is ALWAYS as far as possible from the entrance and again no wheelchairs for customers. Why do hardware stores have wheelchairs for customers but pharmacies never do when your more likely to have just had surgery and need assistance at a pharmacy? And the people that work there are more likely to make you jump through hoops and wait on hold or go to a different store than walk 3 feet to a different computer and do their job.Garbage like this is why 22 vets a day off themselves because American “healthcare” USA useless nightmare and it’s easier to end it all than spend the rest of their lives in excruciating pain jumping through hoops for lazy greedy people that refuse to help.

This location is completely mismanaged and can’t fill prescriptions or contact customers about delays in your medications! This is an ongoing problem that has been going on for over a year yet nobody has addressed it!

Tell me why they close one Pharmacy in order to go help another Pharmacy 12 miles away because the pharmacist is sick then when my Pharmacy reopens there are two days behind and no extra help this is disgusting. I would like to see the district manager come and help that poor store which is way behind by 2 days

This CVS is incompetent. They tell me to have my dr. To send a 3 mo prescription they do they fill it for 1 month and cost 5 times the amount. I had my son pick up my prescription. When I realize what happened I called cvs they clearly said it was their fault but they couldn’t do anything about it.they need a zero rating

It is unacceptable to close for lunch when most people have time to pick up prescriptions. Stagger your lunchtimes and have appropriate staff on-site for busier times. Today, I was in the pick up line before11:30.The person in front of me was served, but I was told you were closed when I pulled up to the window. Now I have to make a second trip into town just for this. You are a customer service organization. Act like it.
