CVS offers a mixed experience for its customers. The pharmacy has recently redesigned the waiting area, improving the shopping experience by separating it from the aisles. However, some customers have noted that the pharmacy line can create awkward situations, as it passes through the feminine care aisle. While many customers appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, particularly in navigating insurance issues, there have been complaints about long wait times for prescriptions. One customer experienced significant delays, waiting two hours for a prescription that was initially estimated to take only 15-20 minutes. This led to frustration, especially when other customers received their medications more quickly. Despite these issues, some customers report positive experiences, with quick service for vaccinations and prescription fills. Overall, CVS is recognized for its friendly and efficient service, with some staff members going above and beyond to assist customers. While there are areas for improvement, particularly regarding communication during busy times, many customers express satisfaction with the care they receive, especially for vaccinations and urgent prescriptions.
Very unprofessional pharmacy. Always a delay. Cannot recommend.

Their pick up lines are like their receipt, a mile long. Ridiculous wait time every flipping time.

Extremely unorganized. Very unprofessional. Said my script was ready. It took over an hour and half to get one script. They looked so miserable and were rude. Something needs to change. Highly recommend going elsewhere
