Find another Auto insurer. Take take and take some more that's the country financial motto. Once they get your banking information they will take your money at any time, without justification or notice. No explanation they do it like so many others cuz they can. Every month it seemed like more more more. The rate amount was never the same from month to month. Impossible to budget. Always an excuse why it was more when you would call. When I canceled and it came time forthe unused premium refund they gave me a third what they should have because of, again, "they think in futures and apply their rates in futures and based on what you would have paid this is what your refunded". Unbelievable I tell you the companies half a scam. I switched to progressive and immediately saved almost $500 a year for the same coverage. Terrible customer service. Lies and "insurance speak"to justify their legalized extortion. Find another auto insurance company there are many good ones out there NOT country financial.

I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with country's financial side- I am moving an IRA from them due to incredibly high fees and they are requiring a medallion stamp (not a notary) which can only be done at a bank. I live two hours away from my bank due to relocating for work and this service is only offered to members so I can't go to a local bank without opening a new account. This is an antiquated process and is absolutely ridiculous to require going to a physical location during a global pandemic. This seems to be a scheme to force people into staying with them because their hoops are almost impossible for me to jump through. I am very upset.

The Country Financial office in ******** ******* had our insurance incorrectly listed with a dwelling. I made several phone calls trying to get resolved over a period of weeks and I kept being told it was being "worked on". Their only solution was for me to pay the full amount billed and get reimbursed if corrected. When I finally called one last time I was transferred to David *********** who was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. He would not listen to what we were trying to say and when I asked his name he told us to call him "Dude". I immediately found another insurance company and cancelled all policies with his office. I have never dealt with a company as rude, unprofessional and incompetent as this branch. I would not recommend him to anyone for any type of insurance.

Country Financial refuse to replace my roof even though I have water ceiling stains all over. The adjuster Tim McClure based out of Georgia refuse to come inside the house to see the damage. He try to say that the contractor whom I hired damaged the roof. I have water coming in and thats the reason why I called a roofing company to come take a look at it and now the adjuster is trying to say the roofing company made the damages. Stay away and avoid all this nonsense.

I have had issues with fully understanding bills, credits as related to policy changes. Their customer service agent, Aubrey I believe, was amazing. She answered every single question I had with a single transfer or call dropped on both occasions I spoke with her. When there was information another department had, she would place me on hold or call me back with answers. Whenever I was holding, she checked back with me regularly to make sure I was ok to continue holding. When my daughter total a brand new car still in temp tags, their adjuster Dave E. handled my claim. He took care of rental car request, called back with in an hour or less, everytime I called and even contacted my finance company to help correct their error with payoff payment application. He went way up and above. The whole experience wasn't fun but they made it bearable.

Country financial I beg you please don’t ever get it. They do not want to pay out anything to fix on your home. If you are new with them, please cancel ASAP! Please don’t wish you had listened to me. In the end country will mess you over . Please don’t wait to find out.

Tim ****** in Mcminnville Wouldn't recommend him for risks as he or somebody he is covering for in his household exposed my business to liability that could have closed our doors forever. Just saying. And he wrote a nasty review after somebody committed about a dozen misdemeanors on his property. We did our job and they violated our terms and OAR. Oregon Administrative Rule

COUNTRY Financial has always taken great care of me. I appreciate the exceptional service I’ve received from my agent, the contact centers, and their claims adjusters. The insurance industry can be difficult for a consumer to navigate. Country makes it easy and has helped my family and I maintain financial security during out toughest hardships. Thank you for having my back throughout the years.

We are so disappointing with Country Financial Insurance. We have been members for about 10 years now. Us, our children, our parents, relatives and friends. This renewal all of us got our rates jacked up so much higher, we got ours raised by $130! No reported accidents or tickets, all because of some computer generated "score." Now we are all going to search for a different company, and we will be telling all of our friends and family to do the same. We tried calling Country to talk to them about this, but no one was able to help us. We had all of our belongings insured here.

Their roadside assistance is quite useless. My car broke down, I called them and all they did was contact the police and a tow company that was over an hour away. Country financial charged me for it ahead of time. I ended up speaking with the office and having a towing company come that was less than 5 minutes away. Country financial still charged me the money even after I called the towing company they called and cancelled. They never even bothered to check if I had the service done and I have yet to receive the refund from them for a tow I never received. Our country financial rep Paul also hardly responded to calls or messages. He said the money would be refunded within a week. It had been well over a week and he couldn’t even be bothered to follow up. This company just wants to take your money and then speak to you enough just to get you off the phone. My family is switching their roadside assistance and insurance to a company that will actually call you back when you have a problem.
