My friend called in today to see if they could help him and the lady that answered the phone was very short with him and kept putting him on hold before he could fully answer any questions she was asking and then laughed at him when he asked if there was a bed available for him. Now it took a lot of courage and willingness for my friend to make this call today and after he spoke to whoever answered he got very discouraged and mad and felt embarrassed and wanted to say forgot it all and just go use. So to whoever you are that answered that call shame onyou for making someone reaching out for help feel the way you did. I will be calling in the morning and making a formal complaint because what you did is absolutely unacceptable and us family and friends of this young man are..excuse my language but pissed off...I still can't believe what happened today. Terrible way to show a 1st impression

They have friendly front desk employees who help as much as possible, the nurses and medical assistants are amazing, friendly and treat you like you matter. Dr. Rogers is the best, I can't say enough wonderful things about him, he's truly one of a kind doctor. Cindy Kohtz in psych is wonderful and caring as well, ive had nothing but positive experiences at Chestnut. I miss Dr. Brockhouse but Cindy is taking excellent care of my MAT. The only bad thing I have experienced is the pharmacy, but it seems to be improving. I'm grateful to have providers who actually care!

This place is bad. First, their pharmacy next door lied to my girlfriend and charged her $500 for medicine she'd been getting as "samples". Secondly, Dr. Brockhouse doesn't listen to a single word I say and has gladly left and abused my medication. Third, trying to leave a message there because results from a visit never come to pass so I have to call in and say "Hey, so and so referral never called and my medicine needs transferring from my last Dr to you guys" Seems to be too much for them to handle so they have to schedule again for the same thing we'd concluded to do last time. Needless to say if you have severe medical needs, this isn't the place. Maybe if you need blood drawn they could do that without messing it all up

Excellent staff and services but, my god you can’t get them to answer a call or get back with you after leaving a message. This rating just went down to 1 stat. I will no longer seek medical care from them. Left 3 messages and went in person to leave a messave and still didn’t gwt a call back. Extremely disappointing

Been trying to reach the office to make an appointment. Last time I came, the front desk was super rude and I hate that I have to go here but it's the only option I have as of now. Please, for the love of God, have ppl that answer the phone so we can make appointments. Tgis is an ongoing problem with this office. Also, please train front desk to be nicer. Front desk is scary.

I’m a new patient here and the front desk staff is so very kind and patient. Short wait times, and nice nurses. I got Kelly as my Dr and was not impressed with her. As a new patient she came in and it felt like she just started barking at me. I would expect a kind introduction from a new doctor and for her to have a little more bedside manner. Not impressed with her but hoping to switch to someone else within the office because I’ve had great experiences with everyone else so far.

I will never got to this he'll hole again. I lost 10 yrs of work and thousands of dollars because DR. Rodgers refused to sign a injury excuse note. After he seen me that same month. Save yourself a bunch of head aches go some where else.

I just wanted to say I saw Dr. Rogers for the first time today. I'm extremely impressed and so happy to finally have met a thorough, thoughtful, caring primary doctor I have been searching for since Dr. Brockhouse stopped seeing patients. Dr. Rogers explained everything thoroughly, didn't rush me and I felt like he actually cared. I was very comfortable with him from the start, very amazing doctor. Thanks so much to Dr. Rogers.Charlotte Davidson

This place is great for anything other than a general practitioner. I literally started a new doctor over six month ago and have never seen them 2nd they mess up my meds every single month and unless you make a big deal about it dont plan on getting them

Great asset to the community! Friendly staff, caring doctors and they don't make you feel judged if you have personal demons and come on, who doesn't? It's just some are willing to show them....

This facility is a remarkable asset to the addiction and mental health clients in and around the Bloomington area. Everyone is so friendly and does the best they can to treat everyone with dignity, respect and loyalty.
